Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
1 c. margarine or butter, melted
8 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Separate
cauliflower
into
flowerets. Boil until tender,
12 to 15 minutes. Drain. Place cauliflower in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Press evenly on cauliflower. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
