One-Pot Pork Chop Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 lb.)
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed or oregano (optional)
    6 to 8 small whole potatoes or 3 medium, quartered
    4 small carrots, split lengthwise and cut in 2-inch pieces
Preparation
    In skillet; brown chops.
    Pour off fat.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
