Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and cheese; pour over drained pineapple which have been placed in Pyrex dish.
    Put crushed Ritz crackers on top of this mixture.
    Melt margarine.
    Pour over top of crackers.
    Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice over flour mixture if you want.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
