Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs in a blender.
    Add margarine, sugar and flour. Blend thoroughly.
    With blender going, add buttermilk and vanilla. Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Test for doneness by inserting knife into center of pie.
    If the knife comes out clean, it is done.
    If not, bake a few minutes longer and repeat test.
