Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 egg
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    16 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese and seasoning together.
    Beat in egg.
    Thaw and thoroughly drain spinach.
    Add to cottage cheese mixture; mix well.
    Set aside.
    In bottom of 10 x 14-inch glass baking dish spread thin layer spaghetti sauce.
    Layer with 1/3 of dry noodles, 1/3 cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 grated cheese.
    Pour 1/3 of remaining spaghetti sauce over all.
    Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with grated cheese.
    Set aside 60 to 75 minutes before baking.
    When ready to bake, pour water around edges.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand in warm place 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
