Hungarian Goulash(Reduced Fat And Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round steak (lean and boneless)
    1 c. green pepper strips
    2 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. onion, coarsely chopped
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt or fat
Preparation
    Trim all fat from steak; cut into bite size pieces.
    Cook in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring often.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Stir in tomatoes, water, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes or until tender, adding more water if necessary.
    Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
