Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Melt butter until lukewarm.
Add flour.
Blend with eggs, sugar, coconut and milk; mix well.
Pour into unbaked 8-inch crust. Bake in moderate oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
