Golden Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets herb and lemon soup mix
1 c. water
4 lemon slices
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg, then flour.
In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken 4 minutes, turning once.
Stir in golden herb with lemon soup mix, blended with water.
Arrange lemon on chicken. Bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Makes 4 servings.
