King Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. butter
3 English muffins, halved and toasted
Preparation

Drain crab meat well.
Slice with sharp knife.
Mix with cheese, mayonnaise, celery, olives, onion, garlic salt and lemon rind.
Butter muffins and top with crab mixture.
Place under preheated broiler until cheese is melted and crab meat is hot and bubbly.
