Rice Pudding For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. Minute rice
    salt
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Microwave first 3 ingredients 5 to 6 minutes, until rice is tender.
    Standing time:
    5 minutes, covered.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Add to cooked rice.
    Microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
    Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
    Add some Cool Whip to garnish.
