Judi'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    4 oz. peeled shrimp
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 green onion
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of brown sugar
    Chinese egg roll skins
Preparation
    Mix pork and shrimp.
    Fry 2 minutes.
    Add onions and bean sprouts.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, salt and sugar.
    Make rolls, using Chinese skins.
    Deep fry to golden brown.
