Low-Fat Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
6 egg whites
2 sticks Promise margarine
1/2 pt. fat-free sour cream
3 c. Swans Down flour, sifted
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar, egg whites and margarine together. Alternately add flour and sour cream to creamed mixture; blend until smooth. Add lemon and vanilla flavorings; mix well. Turn into tube pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
