Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick plus 1 1/3 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans preferred)
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt the margarine until it is hot.
Add the other ingredients in order named, mixing well.
Pour batter into rectangular cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
