Won Ton - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. ground pork or ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. wine
1 Tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped or celery, chopped
won ton skins
Preparation
-
Mix meat, shrimp, salt, soy sauce, wine and celery or water chestnuts.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of filling in center of wrapping. Fold wonton as directed on package.
Deep fry.
Serve hot.
Dip in sweet 'n sour sauce.
