Patty'S World Famous Benedictine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 cucumber
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    3 or 4 drops green food coloring
    2 or 3 dashes ground red pepper
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in microwave on High for 20 minutes; set aside.
    In a food processor, chop onion; set aside.
    Peel half the cucumber and remove seeds.
    Chop finely and drain in a colander to remove all liquid.
