Chi Chi'S Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    dash or two salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in a 1-quart bowl.
    Cover and let stand for 2 hours.
    Serve as condiment for tacos, enchiladas, rice, tostada chips or refried beans.
