Rolled Pork With Three Vegetables - Yasai Maki(Servings: 2) - cooking recipe

300 grams pork, sliced
200 grams green beans, parboiled and cut into strips
1 carrot, parboiled and sliced lengthwise
2 spring onions, sliced lengthwise
salt and pepper to taste
soy sauce
Preparation

Open pork and season with salt and pepper.
Put green beans, carrot and spring onions on the pork.
Roll the 3 vegetables in the pork.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry from the edge of roll. Cover until brown.
Pour soy sauce in season.
Cut into 2 pieces; arrange on dish with cut side up.
