Jumping Jack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    4 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bologna in 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in bacon fat in large saucepan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat over low heat until cheese is melted.
