Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3 green onions, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Cover and chill several hours until firm.
    Shape into a ball and roll in minced parsley or line a decorative mold with plastic wrap.
    Pack spread into mold and chill.
    Serve with wheat or sesame crackers or Melba toast.
