Roman Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 oz. low-fat cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 large flour tortillas
    1/2 c. shredded, low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. chopped lettuce or spinach leaves
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Have kids shred the chicken into thin pieces and set aside in a small bowl.
