Polynesian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or fresh garlic
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 egg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Form into meat balls (about teaspoon size). Brown in pan. Drain on paper towels.
