Herbed Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes (unpeeled), scrubbed
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Add fresh parsley to garnish.
