Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced pears
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sprinkle sugar over pears and let set one hour.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Mix together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a tube pan.
