Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. grated cheese
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 stick margarine
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix together first five ingredients and pour in casserole dish.
Melt margarine.
Add 1 1/2 or 2 cups of crushed crackers (Waverly wafers or Ritz), and pour over vegetables.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
