Oriental Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed veal
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Roll meat in flour; brown in hot oil over medium heat.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, covered, 1 3/4 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
