Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 2 hours, covered, in a 300\u00b0 oven, then 1/2 hour, uncovered.
