Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread
4 eggs
1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Break bread in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Mix eggs and all other ingredients and pour over bread.
Cover tightly with foil.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Fresh fruit goes well with this dish.
