Tooter'S Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. potato flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water
2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Brown beef and drain; add seasoning mix and water.
Return to boil; reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
Spread over crust; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Layer on toppings; cut into squares.
