Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 pkg. Doritos, crushed
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion and pepper in teaspoon oil.
    Mix soup, Ro-Tel, chili powder and garlic salt in a medium sized pan and heat. Place Doritos on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Pour broth from chicken on crushed Doritos (enough to cover 1/2 of the Doritos). Place chicken pieces on top of Doritos and pour soup mixture on top of chicken.
    Put onion and pepper on top of this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place Velveeta on top. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
