Virgie'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.
    Place pecans on bottom of unbaked pie crust.
    Pour on mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    The nuts rise to the top, which will be crusty. A knife inserted in will come out clean.
