Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salt water; drain.
    Season with pepper, margarine and 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Add soup, sour cream and pimento.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake in a casserole dish for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
