Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornmeal
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. canned cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
crumbled crisp fried bacon
chopped red pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl; mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown. Yield: 10 servings.
