Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup plus 2 tsp. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 cups peanut butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
/4 tsp. light corn syrup
4 1/2 cups uncooked oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup M&M's
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, and corn syrup; beat well. Mix in oats, baking soda, and salt, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by 1/4 cupful 4 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Center of cookies will be slightly soft. Cool slightly on sheets, remove to wire racks and cool completely.
