Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add buttermilk.
    Stir well.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix until blended.
    Knead for 1 minute or until smooth. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut; place on greased pan.
    Let rise for at least 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
    Will keep in refrigerator in bulk for 4 days.
    Makes good cinnamon rolls.
