Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken (both light and dark meat)
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. scallions, diced fine
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 medium size avocado pear, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the chicken, celery, scallions, green peppers and avocado. Combine the mayonnaise, cayenne, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sour cream.
    Beat well until light and fluffy.
    Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss lightly so that all is well-coated with dressing.
