Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in a 7 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
