Stollen(German Yeast Dough Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 grams flour
    1/8 liter milk
    20 grams yeast
    100 grams butter
    100 grams raisins
    100 grams korinthen
    100 grams sugar
    60 grams almonds
    lemon peel
    50 gram citron
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, yeast and milk; knead and then let rise.
    Using large mixing bowl, soften yeast in milk.
    Mix flour, yeast and milk.
    Mix in butter.
    Mix in raisins and mix in korinten (very small raisins).
    Mix in sugar.
    Mix in almonds, lemon peel, citron, salt and 2 eggs.
    Knead flour, yeast and milk dough. First let rise, the mix in other ingredients.
