Seasonal Greens Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
    1 small pkg. Blue cheese
    1/2 to 1 lb. mixed seasonal greens
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 Granny Smith apples, pared and sliced
Preparation
    Refrigerate 4 salad plates so that they are nice and cold. Spread butter lightly on bread.
    Next, spread Blue cheese on bread.
    Broil until cheese melts and bread is slightly toasted.
