Chicken-Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    3 whole cloves
    1 c. cooked, diced chicken *
    2 qt. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. celery (with leaves), sliced
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    *The frozen, boneless chicken pieces that you can buy in bulk work very well. Cook them in the microwave as you chop the vegetable.
    Don't forget to add the cooking juices to the soup.
