Low-Fat Baked Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 piece box manicotti
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped zucchini
2 c. fresh, chopped spinach
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 c. Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce or low-fat variety
Preparation

Cook onion, zucchini and celery in skillet sprayed with Pam. Add soup, chicken, spinach and cottage cheese.
