Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    6 green onions, chopped (using some of tops)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and garlic powder.
    Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    To the hot noodles, add sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
    Arrange meat mixture and noodles in alternate layers, using large, round casserole.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
