Hot Pepper Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel mild peppers
    1 c. flour
    4 medium onions
    1 qt. mustard
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 lb. brown sugar (light)
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut tops off of peppers.
    Grind (or process in food processor) peppers, seeds and all.
    Place onions in grinder (or food processor), enough for them to be chopped.
