Salmon Balls In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    6 crushed soda crackers
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of each: salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk
    chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except the soup.
    Shape salmon into balls.
    Put in baking dish or casserole; cover with soup/milk mixture.
    Makes 15 balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
