Broccoli Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 tomato slices
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs with wire whisk in 2 1/2-quart bowl until light and fluffy.
    Stir in broccoli, onion, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the milk, salt, basil and garlic powder.
    Pour into ungreased rectangular 11 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange tomato slices on top.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven until set, 25 to 30 minutes.
