Shrimp And Orange Chili Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cooked medium size shrimp
1/2 tsp. dried red chili flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lime
1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
6 to 12 mint leaves, coarsely chopped
1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
Preparation

Combine shrimp and mandarin sections, add chili flakes, salt, garlic and mint leaves.
Combine lime juice, fish sauce and 1 tablespoon mandarin syrup.
Toss together, refrigerate, serve on bed of bok choy.
Serves 4.
