Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely. Spread favorite cream cheese frosting between layers.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
