Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. almond or lemon extract
2 Tbsp. Amaretto (optional)
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter well 9-inch pie plate.
Mix together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla; set aside.
