Dee'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes. Combine with margarine, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, sour cream soup and cheese.
    Blend together with the potatoes and put in 9 x 13 pan.
    Mix the cornflakes and melted margarine together and sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
    This can be baked and frozen, then reheated to serve.
