Crab Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Drain crab and flake.
    Combine crab with onions, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
    Combine water, butter and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Add flour and beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Stir in crab mixture.
    Drop batter by small teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 more minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
