Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 bananas
3 sticks margarine
2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix one melted stick margarine and 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
Line bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with graham cracker crumbs.
Beat with mixer for 15 minutes, eggs, 2 sticks softened margarine and powdered sugar.
When well beaten, spread over crumbs in dish.
Cover this with sliced bananas.
Spread well with drained pineapple; spread Cool Whip over this.
Then add nuts and cherries on top.
Refrigerate overnight and slice and serve the next day.
